Return and Refund Policy

 Can I Make Changes to an Order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Changes or cancellations cannot be made within 48 hours of the shipping date.

Holiday Season (November–December): We’ll do our best to accommodate changes for Christmas deliveries, but we cannot guarantee them.


 

Can I Exchange or Return Products Purchased Online?

Due to health and safety regulations, food products cannot be exchanged or returned. Non-perishable items may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the purchaser only.

Are Products Individually Wrapped for Food Safety?

Yes, all products are individually wrapped to ensure freshness and meet food safety standards. While food items may appear unwrapped in photos for display purposes, the actual items will arrive securely packaged.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a refund or exchange. Email us at orders@thegifthaven.ca for assistance.
